This is the first of four Wright Pulsars (1450-1453) which are now in service at Belle Isle, mainly on services 126 & 127.

NEW BUSES
for Selby
The first brand new bus to be delivered to Selby Depot for four years, has just arrived. This bus is currently unique - it is the pre-production prototype of the lowbridge version of the Wright Gemini 2 DB300. Eight of these buses are on order, and will be used mainly on service 415 from Selby to York.
The example pictured is fleet number 1500 (YJ59 BTO), which is now in service at Selby along with 1501. The remaining buses in the batch are all now in service.

RESTORATION NEWS
West Riding 640 (BHL 682) has seen a bit of activity recently. This Leyland PD2, dating from 1948, has had the ceilings put back in place, various pieces of timber treated, repaired or replaced and the upstairs floor is ready to receive its linoleum. Thanks to Richard Hall for these photographs.
