Monday 20th February 2012 - History lesson at St John's Infants' School, Dewsbury. We will be taking the Albion Valiant (TWY 8)

Easter Sunday 8th April 2012 - Merseyside Transport Trust "Buses to Belle Vale" running event in Liverpool.

Sunday 20th May 2012 - North West Vehicle Restoration Trust Running Day in Kirkby, Liverpool.  This is a new event, being organised by a new group and promises to be an enjoyable day out. We are taking the Leyland Panther (LHL 164F), which will be operating in service at the event. Sunday 27th May 2012 - West Riding Bus Group Running Day and Rally, centred on Heath Common, Wakefield.
As well as being the Diamond Jubilee year of Queen Elizabeth II, our "Ethel" (EHL 344) will be 60 years old. Plans are
in the early stages, but it is hoped to run regular services in the Wakefield and Dewsbury areas, with a cavalcade of
preserved West Riding buses in the afternoon. Every available bus from Dewsbury Bus Museum will be operating,
and any buses from other areas are invited to run a journey or two in service. Full details are on the West Riding

Sunday 3rd June 2012 - Merseyside Transport Trust Open Day at their new Burscough premises

Sunday 8th July 2012 - Keighley Festival of Transport  - more details will be posted nearer the time.

Sunday 19th August 2012 - Mirfield Show - one of our buses will be operating the shuttle service from Dewsbury and "park & ride" from Castle Hall School, alongside a couple of Arriva buses.

Sunday 9th September 2012 - Merseyside Transport Trust Running Day in Liverpool. More than a dozen buses in service.

Members' meetings take place at 7.15 pm on the third Monday of each month in The Principal on Northgate in Dewsbury Town Centre.  A free buffet will be provided after business is concluded. All full members and associate members are welcome, but associate members are not entitled to vote.
